Christian Louboutin's fall/winter lookbook is inspired by classic masterpieces. I think this was his way of saying, my shoes are great works of art.
He didn't need to convince me.
What do you dolls think?

“You’ve got to know the rules to break them. That’s what I’m here for, to demolish the rules but to keep the tradition.â€

I have many favorites in the fashion world, but my heart will always hold a special place for Alexander McQueen. His fashion's were works of pure fantasy, with a story behind each article of clothing. Like myself, he was a true romantic with a bit of a dark side…
“People find my things sometimes aggressive. But I don’t see it as aggressive. I see it as romantic, dealing with a dark side of personality.â€

His runway shows were groundbreaking and sometimes difficult to watch. Like any good artwork, his shows forced you to think and to examine our culture and ourselves. They could be beautiful, eerie, spontaneous, and uncomfortable.

The exhibition features approximately 100 ensembles and 70 accessories from his 19-year career, which began with his graduation from Central Saint Martins to his last collection before his death last year.
If you are in New York, or will be there before July 31st, make sure and check out this stunning exhibit. And if you can't make it, here are a few of my favorite fashions that will be on display.

To see the artsy side of Wonderland, you must go through the looking glass.
While there, check out these beautiful pictures taken before the earthquake hit Japan.
